AUTOMATIC CUTTING CENTRE FOR PVC WINDOW AND DOOR PROFILES, MADE OF FOUR DIFFERENT INTERCONNECTED WORKING UNITS
AUTOMATIC BAR LOADING MAGAZINE
It consists in a welded sheet structure, composed of 6 bar supporting units moving the bars to the automatic pusher. Each support is composed of a moving device, with PU round section belts, controlled by a three-phase electric motor with a speed reduction gear.Max. loading capability is about 8-10 bars according to the dimension of the profile section. Emergency push button. 2 micro switches for bar presence monitoring in the automatic bar pusher
AUTOMATIC BAR PUSHER
Automatic bar pusher with controlled axis linear unit for the bar movement towards the cutting unit. It is powered by a Brushless motor with an epicycloidal reduction gear. Safety guards to cover the linear positioning unit.
CUTTING UNIT
Saw blade with a 500 mm standard diameter. 3 HP three-phase electric motor. Tilting support to cut at 135°- 90°- 45°. Automatic positioning device, which permits to have always the centre of rotation of the cutting unit matching the centre of the profile section and so to carry out wedge cuts automatically. 2 vertical pneumatic clamping kits and 2 horizontal pneumatic clamping kits. Automatic scraps evacuation system complete with:
Sloping plane connected to a rotating group. Compressed air blower. Prevision for conveyor belt for scrap and waste cuts evacuation system. Prevision for exhauster connection to the blade box. Compressed air gun. Complete safety guard for the working area. Safety guard with front door for inspections in the cutting zone, when necessary. Automatic device for cut bars unloading, with pneumatic control and vertical blocking cylinder to block and move the just cut piece.
AUTOMATIC UNLOADING AND STORAGE UNIT
Automatic piece unloading device, controlled by a pneumatic cylinder. Plane for storage of cut pieces. Safety guards to cover the moving parts.
ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEMS
HARDWARE
Industrial computer. 10,4” LCD TFT colour monitor. Hard disk. Touch-sensitive keyboard. 1,44 Mb floppy disk driver.
PLC for management of working cycle.
SOFTWARE
Manual control of every function from monitor. Storage of profile data. Viewing and/or editing cutting lists. 400 Character stored in 25 different fields for each piece. Reception of cutting lists from floppy disk in ASCII format. Cutting lists and profile data almost unlimited. Optimising cutting lists. Symmetrical profile cutting (two pieces with 3 cuts, no waste). Creation and editing of label, with choice of format and font size. Off-cut reuse management. Label with single reference for each off-cut (for easy storage). Off-cut reuse on cutting centre and on external saw (creating labels). Correction of cutting length for welding, settable from function SETUP. Correction of “BAR HEIGHT” settable for each stored profile. Remote assistance via modem (active only if a modem is available). Timing and statistic facility to export production data into Excel format (weekly report and monthly report). Self-diagnostic facility linked with instruction manual trouble shooting.
